His contributions have spanned various valuation and advisory exercises across Quebec and Ontario.
His previous roles involved contributing to appraisal reports (market value, insurable value, financing, IFRS), market rental studies, feasibility studies, and due diligence exercises, for a wide array of clients, including REITs, pension funds, and other institutional real estate groups.
