Grant Chernenkoff is a Director with the Valuation & Advisory Services group and has over 15 years of real estate and finance experience. While he has valued a broad range of asset classes, his primary focus and specialization is development land.
Since joining CBRE in 2011, Grant has been involved in the appraisal of over 100 land sites across Canada. In addition, he has completed dozens of appraisal and strategic consulting assignments for office, industrial, retail and institutional properties. His clients include many of the most prominent developers and investors across the country.
