Greg Stephanson is the Vice President, Debt & Structure Finance based out of CBRE’s Calgary office. Greg has a strong background in credit analysis and relationship management stemming from a 20-year career in real estate lending.
Prior to joining CBRE, Greg worked at large tier 1 Canadian Bank, co-founding their real estate lending book in Western Canada. Over 8 years, the book of business grew from $0 to >$6 billion in authorized real estate loans. There he worked on a variety of different real estate deals including land financing, land development, single family & multi-family construction projects, commercial construction, and industrial construction. He also has extensive experience with long term financing for residential, commercial, and industrial assets
