Hayden joined CBRE in 2017, starting as a Sales Trainee in the research department until joining the Metro Vancouver Industrial Team in 2018. His time in the research department strengthened his market knowledge, financial and analytical skills, and enhanced his ability to assess and analyze market trends and transactions to provide the highest level of service to achieve his client’s objectives.
Since joining the Metro Vancouver Industrial Team, Hayden has specialized in sales and leasing of industrial properties and has focused on both Landlord and Tenant representation in the core markets of the Metro Vancouver region. Hayden has assisted and advised local, national, and multi national clients on their expansions, relocations, and dispositions of their industrial assets.
Hayden was awarded CBRE Western Canada’s Rookie of the Year award in 2020, recognizing his work ethnic, relentless dedication towards servicing his clients, and accomplishments as a growing leader in the industry.
In 2021, the Metro Vancouver Industrial Team negotiated 117 transactions, 4.18 million square feet totaling over $655 million in transaction value. Over the past 5 years the team has negotiated 480 transactions, 14.9 million square feet totaling over $2.5 billion in transaction value
