Helen Pantazopoulos started her real estate career over 20 years ago. She acquired experience in managing investment properties, lease administration, drafting legal documents, and lease negotiations. This established a good foundation in commercial real estate.
In 2013, she transitioned into corporate advisory services at Devencore Ltd., now Avison Young. Her role involved working on corporate accounts to provide value maximization reports, asset analysis, property research, lease negotiations, and retail leasing.
Helen moved onto Desjardins Group in 2014 to further specialize in corporate services and tenant representation for all lease negotiations of the financial institution’s corporate office leases across Canada.
In 2018, she joined McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada Limited as Transaction Manager. Her responsibilities were for the negotiation of retail leases and for the completion of the due diligence process in the development of new restaurant locations for Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic provinces.
She is passionate about introducing real estate to the next generation and she expresses this passion through her teaching at the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec.
In 2021, Helen joined CBRE’s Transaction & Advisory Services, as Transaction Manager.
