Hillel Abergel has been a member of CBRE’s National Investment Team since 2010 and brings a diverse skill set with nearly $20 billion of real estate transaction experience, with a focus on retail and office dispositions. Hillel’s portfolio and single asset disposition experience spans all formats, from super-regional enclosed shopping centres and trophy office towers to urban streetfront retail assets. Hillel’s transaction experience includes some of Canada’s largest and most notable transactions.

Prior to joining CBRE, Hillel worked at TD Securities in Real Estate Investment Banking, acting in analytical and advisory capacities on a variety of property brokerage, merger and acquisition, equity offering and debt financing assignments. A frequent speaker at industry conferences, Hillel holds a B.A. (Hons) from Bishop’s University and an M.B.A., with a focus in Real Property and Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
