Ian is a graduate of the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Housing and Real Estate Management, an active member of CoreNet Global, the Urban Land Institute, and a developing leader in NAIOP. His expertise in market trends, valuation, and strategy development has solidified his position as a trusted advisor in the industry.
