James Podolsky is a Financial Analyst, Debt & Structured Finance based out of CBRE's Calgary office. James has a background in credit and financial analysis, as well as sales experience in the equipment financing industry. Prior to joining CBRE, James worked as an Assistant Account Manager with Dynamic Capital Equipment Finance for just under two years. He operated in a hybrid credit analyst and sales role where he oversaw the lending process from origination to funding in the Alberta market. James underwrote a variety of different deal structures, ranging from asset specific lending to refinance and working capital loans. He also helped manage several client relationships, by providing reliable and consistent support to deliver his clients a transparent and efficient lending experience. In Summer 2022, James worked as a Student Intern with National Bank of Canada where he gained valuable experience in credit analysis and market research.
