Jamie Boyce has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1999. Through his 25-years of experience, Jamie offers his clients strategic advisory services on a variety of asset classes supported by a strong technical expertise. Jamie is a top advisor in CBRE’s Ottawa office, recognized by his continued achievements.

Jamie focuses his local business on the Retail, Development Land and Private Capital Investment asset classes, where he advises and transacts of behalf of leading brands, developers and investors. In 2023, Jamie completed 27 leasing and sale transactions on behalf of his clients in Ottawa, Eastern Ontario and internationally throughout the United States and Europe.

As an active member in the Ottawa community, Jamie is involved in numerous charitable organizations, benefiting local initiatives, including the Ronald McDonald House and Big Brothers and Big Sisters Ottawa. Jamie is an active member of ICSC and many practice groups with CBRE. Jamie is married with two children and enjoys skiing, hockey and cycling.
