Jennifer Casey serves as a Director in CBRE’s Americas Consulting practice, based in Los Angeles. She is responsible for leading Workplace Strategy initiatives between CBRE teams and clients across the nation.
Jennifer has notable experience advising clients through all stages of workplace strategy engagements, from working with executive teams to create next generation office experiences, to the implementation of a global real estate portfolio strategy.
With over ten years of commercial real estate experience, Jennifer has a diverse background in office leasing advisory and landlord portfolio strategy. Prior to joining CBRE, she worked at VTS, where she advised enterprise landlords on leasing and asset management strategies, delivering customized reporting and actionable strategic insights. Earlier in her career, Jennifer was a Tenant Representation Advisor at Cushman & Wakefield, where she successfully negotiated over 500,000 square feet of office leasing transactions in New York City. In this role, she partnered with clients to align their real estate strategies with broader business, financial, and operational objectives.
Jennifer holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, as well as a B.A. in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Organizations from Brown University. During her time at Brown, she was a four-year member of the Division I women’s soccer team.
