Joan Rueca is an experienced Creative Manager with a 16-year career in the design and marketing industry. Currently leading creative initiatives within CBRE's in-house marketing agency, Joan is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of creative marketing strategies. Her expertise is focused on supporting leasing efforts for marquee commercial projects throughout Canada, ensuring their prominent positioning within a competitive market.
Joan works closely with clients and brokers to craft comprehensive branding strategies, develop thoughtful and engaging marketing campaigns, and deliver impactful marketing solutions to enhance property visibility, attract target audiences, and ultimately contribute to the successful leasing of commercial properties.
Prior to joining the National Property Marketing Team, Joan held the position as Senior Graphic Designer for four years with the Downtown Toronto Creative Design Services Team. Her foundation in design allows her to approach each project with a deep understanding of visual communication and a strategic perspective on achieving client objectives.
