John Koumaris has been a Commercial Leasing Representative with a primary focus in Office Leasing since 1995. John has been involved in all commercial real estate transaction aspects, ranging from office, industrial, retail and investment related uses in corporate real estate in the Greater Toronto Area, offering experienced leadership in the Tenant Representation process with major corporations.
John works closely with major firms to provide added value expertise in addition to the traditional brokerage services of market search and deal negotiations. His Toronto "special project team" has strengths in financial analysis and project management equipped to coordinate all aspects of a Lease Transaction ranging from preliminary construction design to move-in management and Tenant coordination given strict time lines and specific objectives/quotas.
