Jordan Coulter is a member of CBRE Vancouver’s industrial and office groups, specializing in both tenant and landlord representation services (leasing, sales/acquisitions, sublease/disposition). To date, Jordan has been involved in over 2 million square feet of industrial and office transactions totalling over $500,000,000 in deal value.
Jordan’s clients include both local Vancouver organizations and global companies, some of which are ranked amongst the world’s largest companies.
