Justin Persaud

Justin Persaud is a Vice President, Debt & Structured Finance, based out of CBRE’s downtown Toronto office. 

Justin has 10+ years originating and executing on a variety of commercial real estate debt transactions, providing trusted advice to his clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, Justin was most recently managing the debt portfolio of a large institutional Asset Manager, where he was instrumental in overseeing all debt across the North American real estate portfolio. Justin sourced over $5.0+ billion in debt during his tenure. He previously held senior positions at a one of Canada’s largest non-bank lenders and a Tier 1 Canadian bank.

Justin has experience in multi-family, retail, industrial, office, senior’s and student housing, hospitality,  and land and development.

He has involvement in each major real estate asset class across Canada and works with his Cross-border clients helping with their US executions.

Justin’s expertise includes business development, deal structuring, asset & corporate modelling, due diligence, financial analysis and oversight of all elements of a financing, including closings.

He works with leading REITs, Pension Funds, Institutional Asset Managers and Private Development Firms.
