Katelyn Young is a Sales Representative with CBRE’s Retailer Services Group.

As part of the Retailers Services Group, Katelyn works alongside a team of professionals to provide a comprehensive platform of brokerage services including, site selection and retail analytics, research and market trend reporting, lease negotiation, portfolio optimization studies, lease renewals and relocations, market rental and valuation reporting, disposition and acquisition services, and research and market trend reporting. The team works with various preferred retail broker partners across all Canadian markets for effective national account coordination and full market coverage.

Prior to joining the Retailers Services Group, Katelyn gained valuable experience in the research group at CBRE, where she honed her skills in collecting and analyzing market information, building financial models, and maintaining internal databases.

The Retailer Services Group, led by Mike Sabetti and Geoffrey Smith, specializes in national retail tenant representation, and the acquisition and disposition of investment properties.

Based in Toronto, the Retailer Services Group provides a comprehensive platform of brokerage services including, site selection and retail analytics, research and market trend reporting, lease negotiation, and market rental and property valuation support. Mike and Geoff work with various preferred retail broker partners across all Canadian markets for effective national account coordination and full market coverage.

Mike and Geoff partner with CBRE’s Retail Investment Group, led by Sean Comiskey and Brad Walford, to provide their clients with a seamless acquisition and disposition program across Canada. The team’s collective efforts focus on retail income producing properties, sale leaseback transactions, infill land in the Greater Toronto Area, and multi-family assets.
