Katie Sapieha is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Calgary Office Leasing & Sales team, one of the market’s leading advisory groups. With 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, she brings a differentiated perspective shaped by her background in both office and industrial leasing and sales.
Katie specializes in landlord representation, portfolio strategy, local and national tenant representation, and owner-user acquisitions and dispositions. She is recognized for delivering strategic, data-driven advice and executing complex transactions that align with her clients’ business objectives.
A trusted advisor to both institutional and private clients, Katie combines strong market intelligence with an extensive network of brokerage relationships to consistently drive deal flow and maximize outcomes. Her collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and disciplined execution have been key to building long-standing client partnerships and sustained success in a competitive market.
Katie was named CBRE Canada Rookie of the Year (2013) and holds an Honours Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (Finance) from Western University. She is actively involved in several boards of directors and continues to contribute to industry and community initiatives.
