Professional Experience
As President, U.S. Investment Sales, Kevin Aussef oversees institutional and private capital activities, including CBRE’s verticals – Office, Hotels, Industrial & Logistics, Multifamily and Retail – as well as many of the firm’s specialty practice groups.
Previously, Kevin led the operations of CBRE’s global Capital Markets business, comprised of Property Sales, Debt & Structured Finance, and Capital Advisors—the firm’s investment banking division. He supported the Capital Markets leadership team and platform in the execution of strategic initiatives, while driving best practices and ensuring alignment and efficiencies across CBRE’s Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions.
Kevin additionally oversaw the CBRE Capital Markets Investment Properties team—a service line of approximately 500 professionals in the United States serving private clients.
