Liz is a member of CBRE’s Toronto Downtown office group, specializing in tenant representation services (leasing, sales/acquisitions, sublease/disposition). To date, Liz has been involved in over 2 Million square feet of office lease and sublease transactions.
Liz’s clients include both local Toronto organizations and global leading technology companies, some of which are ranked amongst the world’s largest companies. Given her experience in transacting with technology companies, Liz earned a position and plays an active role as a Canadian Lead on CBRE’s exclusive Technology & Media Global Practice Group. While based in Toronto, Ms. Nucci leverages the CBRE platform and will assist her client in any market.
As a persistent and tough negotiator, and by taking a consultative and holistic approach, Liz is always seeking new, creative ways to gain maximum leverage in order to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
