- New Tenant Leasing at 1280 Burrard – 120,000 sq. ft. AAA Downtown Office Tower – 100% Leased, 2022
- Pre-lease of 425 West 6th Avenue on behalf of Cressey (160,000 SF) 2020-2022.
- Metrotower III - Luke was responsible for the preleasing and marketing campaign for a spec. build 400,000 sq. ft. office tower in Metrotown, Burnaby.
- New Tenant and Renewal Leasing for Metrotower office complex (I & II) - 615,000 sq. ft. of "AAA” class office space on behalf of Ivanhoe Cambridge (2010 through 2017).
- Exclusive agent for Cressey in Pre-Sale assignments of Kings Crossing (80,000 SF) and Diagram (70,000 SF)
- Exclusive Listing Agent for Airport Executive Park - 650,000 square foot major business park in Richmond on behalf of Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada between 1997 - 2004.
