Mac Marcinew is an Associate at CBRE Calgary, specializing in Retail. After obtaining an MBA from the University of Calgary in 2018, Mac transitioned from the Oil & Gas Industry to Retail Sales and Leasing at Cushman & Wakefield. Joining CBRE Calgary's Retail Team in 2024, Mac has excelled in executing numerous retail transactions including 3 Loblaw No Frills Grocery Stores and fostering strong relationships with major players in the industry. Mac has worked with and facilitated deals for Landlords such as Brookfield Properties, Ronmor, Royop, Telsec, Qualico, Riocan, Choice Properties, Allied REIT and Calgary Co-op.
Working in partnership with Alistair Corbett, Cory Miles, Jayce Rogers, and Brandy Chorney, Mac's focus on landlord representation is complemented by a dedication to identifying unique concepts that contribute value and foster the growth of Calgary's retail community. An active participant in the real estate landscape, Mac has contributed through involvement with NAIOP's Developing Leaders Committee. Excited to be a part of CBRE, Mac continues to leverage expertise and industry relationships to drive successful outcomes for clients and the retail sector.
