Matt Vladars joined Brookfield Financial (subsequently rebranded to Sera Global) in 2016 where he held the position of Global Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer. Sera Global was acquired by CBRE in 2023 to expand its investment banking capabilities globally. Matt is a CPA, CA and was admitted into membership in 2013.
