Matthew Brown is a Vice Chairman with CBRE Capital Market's National Investment Team. With over eight years of experience underwriting complex equity, debt financing and strategic mandates including business valuations and divestitures, Matthew focuses primarily on advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of large industrial and office transactions. Since 2012, Matthew has completed over $8.0 billion in real estate transactions across Canada.
