Mattis Dougray began his career at CBRE in May 2024 as a Sales Trainee, starting with the Research team. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Mattis studied in the United Kingdom before relocating to Canada to pursue his career in the field.
His quick grasp of new concepts, thorough work style, collaborative approach, and professional demeanour made a strong early impression. In May 2025, he transitioned from the Research team to join Ryan Cymet and Jean-Philippe Daunais in CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics division. In January 2026, he obtained his commercial real estate brokerage licence.
