Maxime Foucaud is the Managing Director for CBRE Ottawa, bringing over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. An Ottawa native, Max has a deep understanding of the local market, complemented by his recent role on CBRE’s National Investment Team in Montreal.
Since entering the industry in 2012, Max has built a strong track record in both leasing and investment, working for several prominent firms before joining CBRE in 2019. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in over $4 billion worth of real estate transactions, including some of the most significant deals in Quebec’s history.
Fully bilingual in French and English, Max is known for his strategic insight and commitment to delivering value for clients, making him a key leader in Ottawa’s commercial real estate sector.
