Since 2003, Michael Bellissimo has been responsible for originating new business and managing existing client relationships on a National and International basis.
Michael's background includes work in the customer service, textile, and hospitality industries. His strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills assist Private and Institutional Clients/Advisory Groups in completing Industrial & Investment Sales, New Developments, and Leasing Projects.
Since 2005, Michael has been a member of the CBRE Special Properties Group (SPG). This Group of 50 Individuals across North America specializes in assisting manufacturing corporations with the acquisition, sale, and redevelopment of large industrial manufacturing facilities located in smaller, non urban markets.
