Michael Hoffman is a Canadian leader in commercial real estate. He has an entrepreneurial spirit, has an incredible work ethic and has a track record of excellence that spans his entire career. Michael is a proud Calgarian having spent much of his life there with his young family. He has been able to connect capital to many transactions in Alberta and across Western Canada, which has benefitted both businesses and communities.
Michael has two decades of commercial real estate experience and he was most recently at KV Capital, where he opened the company's Calgary office in 2023. In a short time, he secured office space, built a team and provided advisory support for a number of market leading projects in the first year of operation. Prior to that he was a leader at ATB Business for 17 years. His team managed a lending portfolio in excess of $4.5 billion that generated more than $80 million in annual revenue. Michael makes things happen, achieves growth, creates opportunities for employees and delivers results for clients.
His transaction experience gives him a breadth and depth of knowledge across all commercial asset classes with significant expertise in the multifamily, retail and the industrial sectors. Michael knows our clients, shares CBRE values and believes in our incredible potential.
