Michael McGillivray is a commercial real estate professional with CBRE’s Saskatoon office. He supports commercial real estate professionals across a range of property types and assignments throughout Saskatoon and the prairies. His work includes market research, property analysis, business development, and transaction support, providing him with broad exposure to the prairie’s commercial real estate market.
Michael brings a disciplined and analytical approach to commercial real estate. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, where his studies included U.S. and international law, regulation, economics, and jurisprudence.
Growing up in Regina, Michael competed for the Canadian Junior National Team before moving to the United States to compete with the University of California, Berkeley Golden Bears men’s swimming and diving program at the NCAA Division I level, where he was a member of two NCAA championship teams. He brings the discipline, competitiveness, and attention to detail developed through rigorous academics and high-performance athletics to his work at CBRE.
