Mike McMurty joins CBRE after a five-year professional hockey career. Utilizing his experience a in high performance competitive environment, Mike incorporates the many intangibles connecting professional sports and real estate in his need to win attitude and drive for success.
He joined CBRE in 2021 as an associate supporting the research team, developing his in-depth knowledge of the industrial market. In February 2023, Mike joined Steve Piercey with a focus on helping tenants and landlords find market leading real estate solutions. Mike completed the Real Estate Salesperson Program in October 2023 and is now further assisting Steve to pursue and guide clients throughout the real estate process.
Passionate about commercial real estate, Mike provides assistance to tenants and landlords. He plays a pivotal role with private and institutional investors on their acquisition, disposition, leasing and management needs.
