Michael Molyneux has over fourteen years of commercial real estate brokerage and asset management experience. Based in Toronto, Michael specializes in leasing, investment and advisory services for office and industrial users.
Michael and his team provide account and transaction management services for large corporations with global real estate portfolios. They leverage CBRE subject matter experts in labor analytics, economic incentives, workplace strategy, project management and brokerage to develop collaborative solutions for their clients.
Prior to CBRE, Michael worked for a large institutional commercial real estate investor where he held various senior asset management positions, most recently as a Vice President of Asset Management.
