Michi Jameson specializes in the sale and lease of predominantly Retail / Mixed-Use properties across Metro Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Throughout Michi’s illustrious 25 year career in Commercial Real Estate, she has earned a solid reputation as a sought-after Retail Consultant to many developers and institutional landlord owners. In addition to doing Agency Work and Listings for Owners, Michi has also been acting on behalf of many strong restaurant brands in their roll out and expansion into and within Canada. She represents end users in various facets as well – from financial institutions to supermarkets to specialty retail (ie pet stores, furniture, electronics to name a few).

Toronto is one of the most active markets in North America. The retail landscape is constantly evolving and Michi offers that added value, creativity and “outside-the-box” scenarios to owners whether it is a sale, pre-lease, land assembly and development.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms Jameson was a Top Broker and Rookie of the Year for Cushman and Wakefield in Toronto. Michi founded and grew the Retail Group division and enjoyed a profitable 15 year stint with the company.
