Nick Steele leads the CBRE Land Advisory Team (LAT) out of the Toronto West office where he exclusively specializes in the sale of residential and commercial development land assets, with a specific focus on the Halton, Peel, York, and City of Toronto regions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Nick worked in Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets at a global brokerage and in Mergers & Acquisitions at a Canadian real estate pension fund. Nick is also a member of CBRE’s Private Capital Group which gives him access to a network of CBRE professionals who are exclusively focused on the sale of commercial properties across all asset classes.
A highly active member of the development community, Nick leverages his leading-edge market insights and relationships to advocate on behalf of his clients and maximize value in every transaction. His clients include private owners, pension funds, REITs, institutions, and government organizations who view him as a trusted partner for their land assignments. As an industry leader, Nick is frequently quoted in Toronto’s Real Estate News Exchange publications and similar development land newsletters. Throughout his career, Nick has completed over $750 million in total sales volume.
