Nick Steele leads the CBRE Land Advisory Team (LAT) and specializes in the sale of residential and commercial development land properties. He and his team are highly focused on the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Greater Golden Horseshoe (GGH) territory.
Prior to joining CBRE, Nick worked in Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets at a global brokerage and in Mergers & Acquisitions at a Canadian real estate pension fund. Nick is also a member of CBRE’s Private Capital Group.
A highly active member of the development community, Nick leverages his territory-based market insights and relationships to advocate on behalf of his clients and maximize value in every transaction. His clients include private owners, pension funds, REITs, institutions, and government organizations who view him as a trusted partner for their land assignments. Throughout his career, Nick has completed over $750 million in transactions.
