Nick leads CBRE’s Account Management platform for Canada. He has over 22 years of experience in commercial real estate, he leads multiple accounts and teams in Canada and is part of the CBRE Canadian Leadership Team.

Nick provides sound real estate strategies and implements those strategies to ensure client satisfaction. He drives best practice innovations and increased collaboration across teams. With a focus on transparency, consistency, performance and governance, Nick is a proven performer.

Nick has led many successful high-profile transactions on behalf of his clients and has actively participated in multiple “best practice” innovations on behalf of Transaction Management and Portfolio Services. Nick is currently involved in the development and implementation of processes to increase collaboration between departments to drive benefits to client and corporate. He is an active member of the CBRE Governance Committee.

Corporate Account Experience

Nicholas is the single point of contact for all matters pertaining to Account Management services and has executive oversight to all accounts with account management structure. He manages the teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Nick’s responsibilities include:

  • Leadership and executive oversight of the account management platform across Canada.
  • Ensuring that all leasing activities adhere to clients and the company’s policies, procedures and guidelines including transparency and ensuring value for money
  • Providing sound real estate strategy and implementation to ensure the consistency, integrity and quality of lease transactions.
  • Development and implementation of strategic initiatives from concept to feasibility for CBRE accounts
  • Governance and performance management to ensure that the right people, strategy technology, are deployed to accounts and that there is a focus on innovation and continual improvement.
