Nick Pecarski is a Senior Vice President and Sales Representative with CBRE Limited, based in the Kitchener-Waterloo region and advising clients throughout Southwestern Ontario. He specializes in industrial, commercial, and investment property transactions, delivering a full range of services that includes acquisition and disposition brokerage, landlord and tenant leasing representation, broker opinions of value (BOVs), and strategic client advisory.
