Nicole Zhang joined the International Markets team in the summer of 2021, based in Vancouver, BC. As a Real Estate Services Specialist, Nicole works closely with David Ho to provide executive level management, while also supporting the needs of the entire team. Nicole oversees the daily operations for her team, which typically includes drafting listing agreements, coordinating with third-party consultants, preparing brochures and marketing materials, creating email campaigns, as well as liaising between vendors and buyers. With her creative skillset, Nicole also manages and designs all website and social media content, while effectively maintaining a strategic marketing vision for the team. On top of it all, she actively helps with event planning and organizing fundraising initiatives that help her team and the greater CBRE Vancouver branch make a larger impact in their industry and their local community.
Prior to joining CBRE, Nicole worked at several top global commercial real estate and investment banking companies, and has extensive experience working in business services, human resources, and talent acquisition. Nicole is highly detailed, organized, and takes exceptional care of the clients, partners, and vendors she assists. Her experience working with commercial realtors in all asset classes coupled with her ability to consistently deliver client services excellence makes her an incredible asset, especially when building both internal and external relations.
Nicole holds an Honours, BA from the University of Toronto.
Nicole is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
