Paula Falat is a transformation and organizational change leader who helps companies navigate complex business shifts through people-centered strategies. She specializes in enabling organizations to adopt new operating models, embrace modern ways of working, and build the capabilities needed to sustain long-term change. With deep experience across a variety of industries including financial services, life sciences, technology, and professional services, Paula integrates organizational design, cultural alignment, and change management to drive measurable business outcomes.
Paula currently serves as Managing Director at CBRE, where she leads change and workplace transformation initiatives for large enterprise clients. Her work spans post-outsourcing integration, future-state organizational design, workplace activation, and enterprise-wide transformation support. She partners closely across functional teams to define new processes, clarify roles, build leadership alignment, and create the conditions for successful behavior change.
Before joining CBRE, Paula held senior transformation roles at Dell Technologies, CGI Federal, Spencer Stuart, Baxter International, and Deloitte. Across these roles, she has led major programs including global operating model redesigns, enterprise standardization initiatives, culture and capability development efforts, and large-scale technology-enabled transformations.
