Phil has lived and worked around the world. His trajectory in commercial real estate began as an office broker before he shifted focus to the industrial market in 2019 at Pure Industrial where he was Director, Customer Solutions. Phil has proven to be an incredible relationship builder. He uses his experience, network and access to market intelligence to provide top-notch customer service and solve real estate problems.
