Philip Kligman joined CBRE as Transaction Manager in 2025, bringing with him a strong background in real estate development and investment. Prior to joining CBRE, he spent five years at Broccolini—a prominent Canadian real estate developer—first as a consultant and later as real estate development coordinator. During his time there, he played a key role on the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) team, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing over 1.2 million square feet of industrial land acquisitions across the Greater Montreal Area (GMA). His work included managing underwriting processes, coordinating due diligence reviews, overseeing consultant engagements, and leading technical RFP responses. He consistently delivered strategic insights that supported the company’s expansion into high-potential industrial zones across the GMA.
Philip is known for his keen eye for detail, collaborative mindset, and strong problem-solving skills. His ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders—including clients, municipalities, real estate brokers, and property owners is instrumental in driving successful outcomes.
