Associated Office
I joined CBRE as a Workplace Experience Coordinator on the Operations team before transferring to Pierre Lacroix and Michèle Boutet’s team as a Sales Support Coordinator. I support my team with administration, research, documentation and continue to learn about the multiple facets of the market to further contribute to our clients’ success.
I am also a part-time student at Concordia University for the Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. Prior to CBRE, I worked as a mobile IT technician which allowed me to travel around Montreal to service clients, repair hardware and manage installation projects.

Based in Montreal, the team works with local, national and international corporations, helping them with any real estate needs, including leasing, selling and buying all type of assets.
The Team is led by Michèle Boutet and Pierre Lacroix, two of the founding members of the Montreal CBRE office. Michèle and Pierre are amongst the city's leading office specialists, and are widely recognized for their exceptional work ethic, integrity and objectivity. They have over thirty-five years of experience in negotiating and concluding real estate transactions.
The Team is complemented by Sophie Lacroix, Transaction Manager, and Maïté Champoux, Team Leader, Client Services. We provide our clients with market analysis and real estate solutions using their database of market information as well as their extensive and pertinent market knowledge.
