Rachel Rothery is an AACI with over 11 years of experience in the Valuation & Advisory Services business and is an Associate Director with CBRE's Valuation & Advisory team in Western Canada. Rachel has a wide-ranging background encompassing all facets of industrial, office, retail, land and multi-residential asset classes.
Additionally, Rachel has extensive expertise working on special use and going-concern properties such as self-storage, seniors housing and hospitality assets. Rachel has been accepted as an expert witness in the Court of Queens Bench for litigation proceedings.
