Rachelle Breda joined CBRE in 2021 as a Transaction Coordinator within the Conveyancing Team. Building on her Legal Assistant designation, she is nearing completion of her Paralegal designation with a specialization in real estate. Her commitment to delivering exceptional service has been recognized company‑wide, earning her the peer‑voted Judy Stedman Award in 2024.
She transitioned to the Industrial Specialist Team in April 2024, where she continues to leverage her legal expertise, attention to detail, and strong client communication skills to support complex transactions. She is actively involved in planning company events, contributing to volunteer initiatives, was a member of CREW in 2025, and is always looking for new ways to grow and evolve in her roll.
