Rick Spencer began his career at CBRE in 2012. Rick's experience and education in business make him a valuable source for business owners and investors as they wade through the waters of acquiring and disposing of their properties.
Rick ran his steel contracting company for more than 25 years overseeing an employee base of 80-110. Rick has a diploma from Fanshawe College in Business Marketing and has attended Ivey Business School and Harvard Business School in continuing education courses.
Rick is committed to the local community and is also involved in the Unity Project (Homeless Shelter), the London Chamber of Commerce and more.
Rick's hobbies include physical fitness, travelling, and spending family time.

Signature Graphics has looked for help to find a new location for years without success. We had fairly specific requirements including a large showroom, open concept offices and a large bay area. Our biggest obstacle though, was our budget. We required “retail” like space with an industrial budget. Several months ago, I found a location that I thought would be ideal. We contacted an agent to help with the negotiation and, unfortunately we were unable to come up with any agreement. We walked away somewhat discouraged. Rick when to bat for us and within a short period and much negotiations, we signed a lease for that ideal location that I am very happy with.
