Rick Spencer launched his career at CBRE in 2012. With his background in business, Rick is an invaluable resource for business owners and investors navigating the complexities of property acquisition and disposal.
Having managed his steel contracting company for over 25 years, he oversaw a workforce of 80 to 110 employees. Rick holds a diploma in Business Marketing from Fanshawe College and has participated in continuing education courses at Ivey Business School and Harvard Business School.
In his leisure time, Rick enjoys physical fitness, playing golf, traveling, and cherishing moments with his family.

Signature Graphics has looked for help to find a new location for years without success. We had fairly specific requirements including a large showroom, open concept offices and a large bay area. Our biggest obstacle though, was our budget. We required “retail” like space with an industrial budget. Several months ago, I found a location that I thought would be ideal.
