Rick Spencer began his career at CBRE in 2012. Rick's experience and education in business make him a valuable source for business owners and investors as they wade through the waters of acquiring and disposing of their properties.
Rick ran his steel contracting company for more than 25 years overseeing an employee base of 80-110. Rick has a diploma from Fanshawe College in Business Marketing and has attended Ivey Business School and Harvard Business School in continuing education courses.
Rick is committed to the local community and is also involved in the Unity Project (Homeless Shelter), the London Chamber of Commerce and more.
Rick's hobbies include physical fitness, travelling, and spending family time.
