In 2022, Rigsby Duncan joined CBRE where he specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial real estate transactions throughout the Inland Empire, San Gabriel Valley, and nationally. Rigsby’s primary focuses are on Tenant, Landlord, and Owner-User representation. His work ethic, solution-oriented mindset, and industry knowledge provide Rigsby with the ability to build, maintain, and strengthen his relationships. Rigsby uses creative solutions and strategies to leverage his relationships and the market to achieve successful outcomes for his clients.
Rigsby works alongside Jay Dick, Dedrik Pharis, and Mike Fuelling, one of CBRE’s most experienced tenant and landlord representation teams in the industry. The Team’s expertise includes site selection, lease negotiations, land sales, sale/leasebacks, corporate dispositions, and build-to-suits.
Before CBRE, Rigsby worked for Insight Global in staffing & recruitment, where he identified, interviewed, and hired more than two hundred thirty candidates for several Fortune 500 & 1000 companies across the United States.
