Simran S. Hora is an Associate with CBRE’s National Alternative Assets Group, based in the Toronto office. He specializes in investment sales across Canada, with a focus on alternative real estate sectors including hotels & resorts, senior living, student housing, manufactured housing, and self-storage.
Simran brings a strong foundation in real estate underwriting and financial analysis to every mandate, managing the full marketing and transaction process to deliver strategic outcomes for clients. Since joining CBRE, he has been involved in over $2.2 billion in transaction volume, including several landmark portfolio sales such as the 16-property Morguard Hotel Portfolio and the 11-property Esprit Lifestyle Communities Portfolio.
Simran holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University. He has successfully completed Level I of the CFA Program and is an active member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).
