Steve Piercey joined CBRE in 2017 as Vice President for Advisory and Transaction Services. Over the last 5 years, Steve has cultivated a strong reputation by becoming one of Ottawa's most successful industrial brokers, bringing outstanding value to his clients; both Landlords and Tenants alike.

Steve has been fortunate to represent various high-profile Canadian tenancies including: Petro Canada, Ontario Federation of Cerebral Palsy, Noble Corporation and Clear Channel Communications. Beyond his tenant representation assignments, Steve manages the agency leasing on behalf of Epic Realty Partners representing over 850,000 sq. ft. of mixed use industrial space in Ottawa.
