Stuart Watson

Stuart Watson is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Calgary office and a trusted advisor to owners, investors and occupiers across the city’s office market. Since beginning his career with CBRE in 2003, he has built deep expertise in office leasing, sales and complex transaction strategy.

In 2005, Stuart co-founded the CBRE Calgary Office Leasing and Sales Team. Over the course of his career, he has advised institutional and private owners, vendors, owner-users, purchasers and occupiers on a broad range of Calgary office transactions. His areas of specialization include landlord representation, owner-user sales, tenant advisory, purchaser advisory, and real estate strategy for office, educational and healthcare organizations.

Stuart is known for practical, data-driven advice that aligns real estate decisions with broader business and investment objectives. His experience spans new leasing, renewals, expansions, acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio strategy and the repositioning of inner-city and suburban office properties.
