Stuart Watson began his career with CBRE in 2003 and is now a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Calgary Office. Stuart is a leading advisor in the Calgary office leasing market and has represented more than 10 million square feet over 1,700+ transactions. Stuart’s work is recognized locally and nationally for the outstanding outcomes he provides to his owner and occupier clients.

In 2005, Stuart co-founded the CBRE Calgary Office Leasing and Sales Team, which provides solutions for leasing, marketing, acquisitions/dispositions, renewals, and portfolio strategy for inner-city and suburban office properties in Calgary. In 2019, the Team received the prestigious Hutcheson Award, recognizing them as CBRE’s top leasing team in Canada.

Over the last decade, the Team has leased more inner-city and suburban office space on behalf of owners and investors than any other brokerage team in Calgary. At an average of one transaction completed every 1.8 days, the Team is consistently recognized within CBRE Canada as a top team for the annual number of transactions.
