Thalyta Silva leads operations management for CBRE’s Halifax office, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. With over a decade of experience in finance and accounting, she brings strong analytical and organizational expertise to her role.
Thalyta joined CBRE in 2020 as a Transaction Coordinator, where she was responsible for processing deals and supporting brokerage operations. Her proven ability to streamline processes and deliver operational excellence led to her advancement into operations management, where she now oversees all aspects of office operations.
In her current role, Thalyta focuses on optimizing workflows, implementing best practices, and supporting business continuity.
Her contributions were recognized with CBRE’s RISE Award in 2021, highlighting her commitment to performance and results. Thalyta is also actively pursuing her CPA designation to further strengthen her expertise in accounting and finance.
