With over two decades of experience, Tim Eberts brings a comprehensive and client-focused approach to commercial real estate advisory services at CBRE Canada. His extensive background encompasses construction, property management, leasing, acquisitions, and sales, providing clients with a unique and well-rounded perspective.
Prior to joining CBRE, Tim held a pivotal role as Director of Property Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Leasing at Canopy Growth Corporation for five years. There, he spearheaded major real estate initiatives that supported the company's rapid global expansion, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex transactions and deliver results. This experience, combined with his prior work for both landlords and tenants, allows him to provide strategic guidance and achieve optimal outcomes for clients on either side of the deal.
Partnered with Jamie Boyce in Ottawa, Tim advises and transacts on behalf of leading brands, developers, and investors in the Eastern Ontario market across all asset classes. He leverages his deep understanding of the local landscape and national trends to provide insightful advice and facilitate successful transactions.
A long-time resident of Ottawa, Tim is deeply committed to his community. He has been an active advocate for the CHEO Foundation since 2017. Outside of his professional endeavors, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, including his two children, and is a proud hockey parent. He also enjoys golfing and staying current with his daughter's love of reading.
