Travis Blanleil

Travis Blanleil is a dynamic real estate expert and advisor specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of industrial properties across Metro Vancouver and the Okanagan Valley. Travis joined CBRE in 2019 as an Industrial Sales Trainee before joining the sales floor in 2020. In 2022, Travis partnered with top producer Chris MacCauley and joined the Metro Vancouver Industrial Team.

Travis was awarded as Western Canada’s Rookie of Year in 2023. The award recognizes the top producing advisor with under 5-years brokerage experience. The year prior (2022), Travis was awarded with the Emerging Leader Award for CBRE Western Canada. The accolades recognize Travis’ work ethic, relentless dedication towards servicing his clients, and accomplishments as a growing leader in the industry.

Prior to CBRE, Travis was a student-athlete at the University of Vermont where he studied finance and economics. He played four years on the NCAA Division 1 Men’s Ice Hockey Team, serving as the team’s alternate captain for three seasons. His background in high-level athletics taught him accountability, strong communication skills, and a passion for success.

In 2023 Travis’ team negotiated and advised on 63 transactions, and 5.7 million square feet totaling over $881 million in transaction value.
