Travis Blanleil is a dynamic real estate expert and advisor specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of industrial properties across Metro Vancouver and the Okanagan Valley. Since joining CBRE in 2019 as a Sales Trainee, Travis has quickly established himself as a rising leader in the industry. He transitioned to the sales floor in 2020 and in 2022 began his partnership with top producer Chris MacCauley.
Travis currently serves as the Vancouver representative of CBRE’s North American Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) Group, which provides specialized acquisition, disposition, and consulting services for major IOS assets.
Prior to CBRE, Travis was a student-athlete at the University of Vermont, where he studied finance and economics. He played four years on the NCAA Division 1 Men’s Ice Hockey Team, serving as the team’s alternate captain for three seasons. His background in high-level athletics taught him accountability, strong communication skills, and a passion for success.
Travis’ strong work ethic and relentless dedication to serving his clients have earned him recognition as a growing leader in the industry. Travis was awarded Western Canada’s Rookie of the Year in 2023, which recognizes the top producing advisor with under five years of brokerage experience nationally. In 2022, Travis received the Emerging Leader Award for CBRE Western Canada.
Over the past five years, Travis and his team negotiated and advised on 340 transactions, totaling over 22 million square feet and more than $2.8 billion in transaction value.
