Vid Stambolovic is a Senior Vice President with the Valuation and Advisory Services Group and has over 15 years of real estate experience. During his tenure at CBRE, Vid valued a broad range of asset classes including office, industrial, retail and multi-residential properties. Over the last six years, he has co-lead the Land and Development team within the Canadian VAS Group. Prior to joining CBRE, Vid worked for an international corporate real estate advisory firm.
Vid joined CBRE in 2013 and has been involved in the appraisal of hundreds of land sites, mainly in the Greater Golden Horseshoe area and South-Western Ontario. His clients include developers, investors, government institutions and lenders.
