Vishal Sawlani is Vice President, Client Solutions for CBRE Property Management in Canada. Working nationally, Vishal is responsible for strategically growing CBRE's property management business, driving new client acquisition, developing strategic relationships, and connecting investors and owners with the full breadth of CBRE's property management platform and integrated real estate services.

In his current role, Vishal works closely with investors and owners to assess their portfolios, identify operational risks and opportunities, and develop property management strategies aligned with their broader real estate objectives. Collaborating with CBRE's leasing, capital markets, and advisory teams, he ensures clients have access to integrated solutions that protect asset value, improve operational performance, and support long-term investment goals.

Vishal brings more than 15 years of experience spanning architecture, project management, consulting, and real estate services across Canada, the Middle East, and Asia. Prior to joining Property Management, he led business development and client solutions for CBRE Project Management, where he secured and delivered complex real estate projects across multiple sectors and geographies. That foundation in both real estate strategy and project execution informs how he approaches client challenges today.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), Vishal helps clients maximize the value of their real estate portfolios through operational excellence, cross-functional real estate solutions, and long-term relationships built on trust.
